This legal notice governs the use of the website www.vigia360.es (the "Website"), owned by Labrax Soluciones, S.L. ("Labrax"), which presents the product VIGÍA360, a covert in-vehicle video surveillance system aimed at police and security forces and private investigation agencies.

Access to and use of the Website confers the status of user ("User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the provisions contained in this Legal Notice, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services offered through the Website, and undertakes not to use them to:

• Engage in unlawful, illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Disseminate racist, xenophobic, pornographic content, content that promotes terrorism, or content that violates human rights.
• Cause damage to the physical or logical systems of Labrax, its suppliers, or third parties.
• Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other systems liable to cause damage.
• Attempt to access, use or manipulate data belonging to Labrax, third-party providers, or other users.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute or transform the content without the owner's authorisation.

All content on the Website — including, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, source code and the "VIGÍA360" trademark — constitutes a work owned by Labrax. No exploitation rights over such content are transferred to the User beyond what is strictly necessary for proper use of the Website.

Trademarks, trade names or distinctive signs are owned by Labrax or third parties, and access to the Website does not confer any right over them.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Labrax shall not be held liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from, among others: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the Website, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted the necessary technological measures to prevent this.

The Website may contain links to other third-party websites. Labrax does not exercise any control over such sites and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of such links does not imply approval of the linked content.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts of A Coruña, unless applicable law provides for another mandatory jurisdiction.
