On www.vigia360.es we process the data provided by the user for the following purposes:

• Handling requests for information, demonstrations or contact submitted through the forms or email addresses on the Website.
• Managing the commercial and, where applicable, contractual relationship with organisations interested in the VIGÍA360 product.
• Sending communications regarding Labrax's products and services, only where consent or a legitimate interest exists under applicable law.

The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent when submitting their request (art. 6.1.a GDPR), the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures (art. 6.1.b), and Labrax's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received (art. 6.1.f).

Data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and, subsequently, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. Once no longer necessary, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures.

5. Who receives the data?

Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where legally required. Labrax's technology providers acting as data processors (hosting, email) may access it, under the corresponding contracts, and provide their services within the European Union or under adequate safeguards.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Labrax is processing personal data concerning them. Data subjects have the right to:

• Access their personal data.
• Request rectification of inaccurate data.
• Request erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary.
• Request restriction of the processing of their data.
• Object to the processing.
• Request the portability of their data.

You may exercise these rights by writing to soporte@labraxsoluciones.com or to the postal address indicated, proving your identity. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.

7. Security measures

Labrax applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, in accordance with the GDPR and the Spanish National Security Framework.
